Absolutely not! Our program is beginner friendly and can scale to mastery level insight.

Every exercise included in the training programs has a custom video attached, which will demonstrate and teach you the proper technique. The videos are super easy to follow, being only 90 seconds each, and are packed with technique instructions. 

Included in all three plans is our predesigned workout and training program library. So you can start training immediately. 

If you are a Thrive or Transform member, your custom training program will be ready within 48 hours of signing up and completion of your free initial consultation. 

Our Thrive and Transform members can keep an in-app food journal where they can send pictures of what they eat along with messages. You can also sync your Myfitnesspal account to share your daily intake with us. Directly sharing your nutrition information with us will boost our ability to help you.
